Graphic Facilitation
In a graphic facilitation we elicit, capture and explore – in real time on white boards and/or large sheets of paper – the group's thinking. The pictures are not pretty – they're messy and cryptic and usually indecipherable to those not present during their creation. But for the group, these tangled images hold deep meaning and capture the essence of their ideas in way that other media can't. To sharpen these ideas, and to share them with a wider audience, we usually distill these messy images into more formal diagrams.

Mission Statement for a Non-Profit Organization
Below we show the evolution of images from a group working on their organization's mission statement; from initial brainstorming, to a preliminary synthesis, to the final diagram.
